Hair and Make up

Body paint would be really exciting for a fairytale project although i dont want to over do it. I think that the people in the pictures will be fairies so i want to mainly focus on their hair and make up rather than painting there bodies.

Make Up: Steph
Photography: Elizabeth Goh
Models: Alisa and Sukanya
This make up is very animal based so i probably wouldn't copy it exactly but i like the general idea of it being around her eyes and forehead.

This is far to colourful and glittery for my liking but the eye lashes and the white face makes it look magical.

Morana Kiev, Ukraine
This make up is really good for the darker fairy and i love the volume of her hair.

I love this make up picture. I think i may get my makeup artist to take parts from this image. She looks very magical and enchanting.

This is obviosuly computer generated but it looks soft and bewitching. I could experiment with this on the computer if my make up artist fails to turn up or the make up goes wrong.

I want to include gems and sequins in the make up to help create a fantasy feel.

Make up based just around the eyes, with eye lashes and a white face could be really pretty.

This hair is insane and probably far to over the top for what i want to produce. I want a 'normal' looking fairy. I want to experiment with dark and good fairies.
Adding bits of materials and lace to the face to could create an interesting effect.

Painting the whole body a different colour would be something i ight consider for the dark fairy. For the good fairy i might paint her white.

Adding Flowers and woodland things to the models hair will add to the 'woodland' fairytale effect. I think i am more likely to do this for the good fairy.
